Statement No. 1

Statement regarding the Syrian National Conference
As the Syrian National Dialogue Conference approaches, we express our disappointment with the organizational process, the lack of transparency in the invitation criteria, and the insufficient representation of youth, women, and Syrians in the diaspora. We call on the preparatory committee to reconsider the conference’s timeline and postpone it until after Eid al-Fitr to ensure better preparation and broader participation. We also urge all revolutionary and democratic forces to unite in their stance to ensure that this conference becomes a real step toward change rather than a mere symbolic gathering.
